Deskless Not Voiceless: Connecting the frontline

This month we launched our updated research on global frontline work in our Deskless Not Voiceless report. You can find out more about how Workplace helps keep frontline employees connected, informed and engaged here.
We also pre-announced an integration with WhatsApp that will make it even easier for businesses to reach their frontline. Expected in 2022, this integration will enable companies to share posts from Workplace with employees, including frontline workers, over WhatsApp. In doing so, organizations will be able to ensure that information and updates reach frontline workers where they are in real-time. Learn more about the upcoming WhatsApp integration here.

Increasing the impact of Safety Center messages

Increasing the impact of Safety Center messages

Safety Center helps your work community stay safe and informed with messages that are easy to set up, customize and manage. We’ve made some improvements so the process is even more seamless. Safety Center messages and notifications are now aggregated and centralized for recipients. Employees will now see the Safety Center "S" logo on the sidebar to easily access messages and message history. Additionally, message recipients can now indicate if a message is relevant or not, giving feedback to the Safety Operator to take further action on message creation and distribution.
Introducing a new way to manage Knowledge Library categories

Introducing a new way to manage Knowledge Library categories

We have simplified the main Knowledge Library navigation so all categories can be viewed on one page. With this change we have made categories easier to manage for both admins and editors. By default, all categories are shown on the Categories page. Admins and editors will be able to filter the categories using the tabs at the top to see published categories only, drafts, ones they can edit, and categories in the trash. When an admin edits or creates a category, they can decide whether to include it or remove it from the main navigation to create a more curated experience. Learn more about building your Knowledge Library in the Knowledge Library Resource Hub.
